What is Masterful Coach Evolution?
Masterful Coach Evolution is a cohort-based programme designed to reconnect you with the essence of coaching mastery – through presence, practice, and deep reflection.
This isn’t about learning more techniques. It’s about returning to what’s already within you – your presence, intuition, and capacity to partner with clients in meaningful, transformative ways.
This journey is for certified coaches who are ready to stretch – not to perform, but to grow in integrity with their own rhythm and truth.
Guided by seven core qualities, you’ll explore how mastery emerges naturally when you slow down, listen deeply, and let your coaching evolve from within.

How It’ll Flow
Live Group Sessions (Twice Monthly)
Connect with your cohort in spacious, presence-led Zoom calls every two weeks. Each session explores one of the seven core qualities through guided reflection, group coaching, and meaningful dialogue.
9 x 90mins live sessions over 4 months.
Self-Led Integration Practices
Each module includes reflective pre-work and integration post-work to deepen embodiment and insight. Practices are simple, spacious, and designed to support your rhythm.
All asynchronous and designed to complement your real-time coaching.
Private Connection Space
A dedicated space within the Circle platform to share reflections, deepen insights, and stay connected with your cohort. It’s your space for integration, celebration, and shared learning throughout the programme.
ICF CCE Units
Upon full completion of the programme, you’ll receive:
21.5 CCEUs (18 Core Competency + 3.5 Resource Development).
You can use these towards your credential renewal or advancement.

Born from everything I’ve lived, witnessed, and come to trust.
With a background in Psychology and Human Resources, I began coaching in 2014 and soon became a Lead Trainer at iPEC Coaching, where I mentored and certified thousands of coaches around the world.
Later, as Executive Director of iPEC Europe, I led international faculty teams and oversaw global programme delivery – an experience that now supports the depth and integrity I bring to this space.
I’m a somatic coach, meditation teacher, and ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). With over 3,500 hours of coaching experience, I’ve walked alongside coaches as they deepen their presence, refine their practice, and embody their own mastery.
I created Masterful Coach Evolution because I believe mastery isn’t earned with a credential – it’s something you live into, one presence-led moment at a time.
This space is for certified coaches ready to drop the noise, reconnect with what matters, and trust the deeper intelligence of their presence.
