How The Circle Flows

The Mentoring Circle is ICF-aligned and meets the mentor coaching requirements for ACC or PCC credentialing and renewal:

11.75 hours over 4 months

8 hours group mentoring (max 10 coaches)

3.75 hours individual mentoring

A private space to stay connected in between sessions

But this space isn’t only for credentialing.

It’s also for coaches who want to deepen their confidence, presence, and mastery – whether or not they’re submitting a log.

You’ll be invited to show up as you are, coach in real time, receive feedback that’s both meaningful and clear, and grow in a way that’s honest, embodied, and true to you.

This is not about ticking boxes.
It’s about refining your presence and evolving your practice – with integrity, clarity, and care.

Why join the Mentoring Circle?

This Circle was created as a space to practise, receive honest feedback, and grow with care.
It’s not about doing it perfectly – it’s about showing up as you are, being seen, and evolving in your own rhythm, alongside coaches who truly get it.

"Jaimini was my first mentor in the world of coaching and her programs really set me up for growth"

Her programs create a welcoming and dynamic space for connection, sharing and turning our learning into practice. Each session was inspiring, hands-on and instrumental in building both my confidence and professional network.

MARIAM ZAGHLOUL

“Jaimini is a coach and mentor who leaves a lasting imprint. Her warmth, deep insight, and skilful presence create a powerful space for transformation”

She has an extraordinary ability to bring clarity to the most complex thoughts and challenges, guiding you to uncover what truly matters and take meaningful action. If you’re ready to evolve into a master-level coach, and grow profoundly as a person, partnering with Jaimini is an opportunity not to be missed.

MEET YOUR MENTOR

Shaped by presence, practice, and lived experience

With a background in Psychology and Human Resources, I began my coaching journey in 2014 and soon became a Lead Trainer at iPEC Coaching, where I spent eight years mentoring and training thousands of coaches around the world.

As Executive Director of iPEC Europe, I also led international faculty teams and shaped global coach development—experience that now lives quietly in the depth, spaciousness, and integrity I hold in this Circle.

I’m a somatic coach, meditation teacher, and ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), and I’ve spent the last 10+ years supporting coaches to deepen their presence, embody their craft, and evolve in a way that’s true to them.

I created this Circle to honour what I value most:
Presence over performance. Depth over doing. Trust over templates.

This isn’t about getting it perfect – it’s about showing up as you are, refining your coaching in real time, and being supported every step of the way.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01. Do I need an ICF credential to join?

Not at all. While the Mentoring Circle meets the ICF requirements for ACC or PCC credentialing, it’s equally supportive for coaches who simply want to deepen their presence, refine their coaching, and evolve their craft.

02. Will I receive feedback on my coaching?

Yes. You’ll receive MCC-level feedback during group sessions, personalised guidance in your 1:1s, and the option to submit one recorded session for written or verbal feedback.

03. How many coaches are in the Circle?

Each Circle is limited to a maximum of 10 coaches, allowing for spaciousness, personal attention, and deep connection – while meeting ICF requirements for mentor coaching.

04. Does this count toward ICF mentor coaching requirements?

Yes. This Circle provides 11.75 hours of ICF-accredited mentor coaching – including 8 hours of group mentoring and 3.75 hours of 1:1 mentoring.
This exceeds the ICF requirements for ACC or PCC credentialing and can also be used as 11.5 Core Competency CCEUs for renewal or continuing education.

05. What happens in the group sessions?

Group sessions are held on Zoom using a fishbowl format. You’ll practise coaching in real time while being witnessed and receive supportive feedback. There’s also time for collective reflection and guided exploration of the ICF Core Competencies.

06. What if I can’t attend a group session?

To meet ICF mentor coaching requirements, attendance at group sessions is essential. If you miss a session, it cannot be made up through the group and additional 1:1 mentor coaching would need to be arranged (at an additional cost) to meet your credentialing needs.
1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with notice, and if something unavoidable comes up, you’re welcome to discuss options directly with Jaimini.

07. Is there any support between sessions?

Yes. You’ll have access to a private platform to reflect, share insights, and stay gently connected between sessions.

08. I’m a member of the Embodied Coach Collective—can I join?

Yes and you’ll receive a special discounted rate as a member.
